3 rounds 3 minute shadow boxing / on 30 second break push as many push upside out as possible 3 rounds heavy bag First round polish for full 3 minutes Second round light combos Third round 1-2-1-2-1 throw the combo as fast as possible and move. 1 round double end ball light combos and movement. 1 round speed bag 25 launching push ups
