Day 1 complete โœ…
Wrapped up a newsletter automation that researches a topic, creates supporting infographics, formats everything into an email ready newsletter, and delivers it straight to my Gmail inbox. Every project teaches me something new. Looking forward to seeing how these builds compound over the next few weeks.

@Julius Waggoner Thanks!
Goodbye day 6๐Ÿ‘‹
Hey y'all I just finished my day 6 build. I was so excited to try it after understanding scheduled tasks and loops, cause this is mindblowing if you think about it (for me at least as someone who's not very educated yet on Claude and AI in general) I was like:"Why do I not use this to make my research way easier? Why not make an agent that scrapes all posts on my AIS community, reads it, understand it well, and send me an email with the summary of the most important information for the day, great ideas, and use cases posted for inspiration" This is great cause it saved me a lot of time and of course helped me better understand and be illuminated tbh. I am planning to use it on different platforms and for different use cases like summarizing my email, checking my google chat and slack for tasks of the day, and likely engage with social media posts to run my promotional content in the future insha'allah. Please feel free to share your feedback and suggestions, it would be really appreciated!!

I always find myself trying to catch up on everything I missed, so having a daily summary would save a ton of time. Congrats on getting it working, and thanks for sharing the idea!
1000+ Mortgage Leads Enriched
Been working on building a fully automated pipeline that scrapes public mortgage records and enriches them with contact info โ€” and after a lot of trial and error, it's actually working. The hard part wasn't the scraping itself. County recorder sites are public data, but the people-search platforms that let you look up contact info from a name and address are heavily protected. We're talking bot detection, IP fingerprinting, TLS fingerprinting, and session binding โ€” basically every layer of protection stacked on top of each other. Now the pipeline runs end to end: - Pulls mortgage records filtered by amount, date range, and borrower demographics - Scores and ranks leads based on name targeting - Looks up phone, address, and age for each lead automatically - Validates every phone number for line type and activity score so you know which ones are actually worth calling Going from raw county data to a clean, enriched, phone-validated call list with zero manual work. Curious how other people are handling lead enrichment โ€” are you doing it manually, using a service, or have you built something yourself?

Very cool build. It's always interesting how the biggest challenge isn't the workflow itself, it's figuring out how to reliably work around all the protections and edge cases. Seeing it run end to end with zero manual work must be incredibly satisfying. Nice work!
One mindset shift changed how I think about AI automation.
Most people start with the tool. n8n. Zapier. Claude. Codex. Instead, start with three questions: R โ†’ What repetitive task do you do over and over? T โ†’ What tools or steps are involved? O โ†’ What output do you actually want? Once you can clearly define your R, T & O the automation becomes much easier to build. The AI is not the hard partโ€”knowing exactly what you want is. Curious... What's one repetitive task in your daily workflow that you wish AI could automate? I am always interested to see how different people approach automation. This really clicked for me. As someone who's just getting into AI automations, I caught myself focusing on which tool to use instead of clearly defining the problem first. Breaking it down into R, T, and O makes the whole process feel much more approachable. Looking forward to applying this framework to my next build.

๐Ÿ† Weekly Wins Recap | June 27 โ€“ July 3
From $40K AI projects and first clients to custom CRMs, AI operating systems, and production-ready automations, another week inside AIS+ proved that consistent building keeps creating opportunities. ๐Ÿš€ Standout Wins of the Week inside AIS+ ๐Ÿ‘‰ @Kobe Shemesh closed a $40K upfront AI project after refining his Claude Code workflow, proving that small improvements in execution can create massive business results. ๐Ÿ‘‰ @Galyn Fergerson landed her first client just 6 days into AIS+, turning a discovery call into a $750 AI OS project before even finishing the automation course. ๐Ÿ‘‰ @Girish Mohan built an AI Scrum Master that now prioritizes his calendar, tasks, and deals automaticallyโ€”helping him execute every day with more focus. ๐Ÿ‘‰ William Rendall was promoted to AI Workstream Strategy Lead less than three months after joining AIS+, crediting the community for accelerating his growth. ๐Ÿ‘‰ Diane McCracken celebrated her 100th Claude Code session at 68 years old, showing that curiosity and consistency matter far more than experience. โธป ๐ŸŽฅ Super Win Spotlight | @Ahmad Abd Alkarim Ahmad joined AIS+ with years of leadership experience but wanted a better way to turn ideas into action. Today, his custom AI Operating System helps him manage projects, analyze business problems, and support his team without slowing anyone down. His biggest lesson? Don't just watch. Build. Practice. Share what you learn. That's where the real return comes from. ๐ŸŽฅ Watch Ahmad's story ๐Ÿ‘‡ โœจ Every week, members are turning ideas into systems, skills into businesses, and momentum into real opportunities.
