Attack Closeout Drill Purpose: Improve scoring when defenders run at you. Setup: - Start on the wing with the ball. - Imagine a defender closing out. Moves: 1. Shot fake → 1 hard dribble → finish. 2. Shot fake → 2 dribbles → pull-up. 3. Shot fake → crossover → attack opposite side. Do: - 10 reps each move - Both hands - Focus: - Explode on the first step - Stay low - Don't pick up your dribble too early Basketball IQ Tip: A closeout is a defender being off balance — your job is to attack before they recover.

5 Spot Shooting + Game Speed Purpose: Build consistency and shooting confidence. Setup: - Pick 5 spots: corners, wings, top of the key - Make 10 shots from each spot Rules: 1. Sprint to each spot like you're coming off a screen or relocating. 2. Catch with your feet ready (1-2 step or hop). 3. Hold your follow-through until the ball hits the rim.
