I subscribed to "Ask Flip Man" You Tube Channel & hit that notification bell to stay in the loop. If you are on a budget & dollar$ are tight there are hundreds of FREE videos with informative content to help you. After watching "How to Wholesale Your 1st House - Step by Step" I began creating a list of sellers. Networking to generate leads for buyers. Setting up a Google voice number for bandit signs. Will begin driving for dollars this week. I have an LLC & will be opening a new business checking account. Taking advantage of Free Trial offers for (CRM) Customer Relationship Management tools & resources.
