@Valerie OBrien one of the best
What do you eat in a day as a raw foodist?
For those of you that are transitioning to an all raw way of eating, can you share what a day of eating looks like for you? Thanks!

My diet now is fruits, non starchy vegetables and leafy greens only, both raw and cooked. Throughout most of my transition, the foundation was basically the same, except I would add starches like potatoes or rice with my vegetables at the end of the day. Now that I’ve removed the starches, I honestly have that “I’ve arrived” feeling, even though I’m not 100% raw yet. My next big goal is simply making the same foods I already eat fully raw. My meals are normally: breakfast : smoothie dinner: fruit + salad or breakfast: smoothie lunch: fruit meal Dinner: Salad (raw and cooked veggies)
That Little Voice Telling Me to Go 100% Raw 😂
This is something I’ve been contemplating recently I’ve transitioned from a standard mixed diet, to high raw, to mucusless (fruits, starchless vegetables and leafy greens only, cooked or raw, Arnold Ehret style) and I’ve also experienced periods of being 100% raw, including 7 days fully raw recently. What I’ve noticed is that with every progression towards 100% raw, I seem to feel better and better, with 100% raw being where I personally feel at my peak. There’s something about being 100% raw and low fat that I just can’t seem to replicate eating any other way. For me personally, it feels like the dietary peak. I’m happy with how gradual my transition has been because I once believed I’d never give up certain foods that I’ve now naturally let go of. I currently eat mucusless full time, but even adding something as simple as steamed broccoli or cauliflower, I notice a difference in how I feel. The difference might only be 8 or 9/10 vs 10/10 But I sometimes catch myself thinking, “I want that 10/10 every day!” Because that 10/10 genuinely feels like I have special powers hahaha. There’s this little voice that surfaces like: “You could be maxed out today. Why aren’t you maxing out?!” Not in a beating-myself-up kind of way, because I don’t think that would be healthy. It’s more like once you’ve experienced what your 10/10 feels like, you notice the gap. It reminds me of getting 10/10 sleep for a period and then dropping to 8/10. Objectively, 8/10 is still great, but you know how 10/10 feels. Anyway, this post is really just me airing out my thoughts I’m thinking about experimenting with fully raw for September and seeing how I feel after a full month. Has anyone else experienced that feeling where your current diet feels great, but you’ve experienced another level that keeps calling you back? Would love to hear your experiences. 🍉

Looking for long term fruitarians and frugivors I can recommend my followers
I started doing social media 2 months ago and I'm up a couple hundred followers now and have been having several people asking me to "show them where the long term fruitarians are". I know a couple of fruitarian influencers- but as someone who is not so much online, I was wondering if anyone here could recommend some long term vegan influencers on instagram that I can share to my non believer followers... LOOKING FOR RECOMMENDATIONS if anyone here knows any good ones! thank youuu :)💚

There's loads but it really depends on your definition because frugivore/fruitarian rarely ever means only fruit all the time indefinitely, but if you look at people like Doug Graham, John Rose, Fred Bisci, Anne Osborne, Grant Campbell, Shane Sterling, Ted Carr, Ms Fit Vegan, Loren Lockman, Eli Martyr, Ronnie Smith, Rosalind Graham, Human Waters (who just completed 8 years high fruit raw vegan), Herb1over, Shredwin, and Chris Kendall from the Raw Advantage, Coach Kev etc
