The off-season is the perfect time to make meaningful changes and build new habits that will last. Like @Carson Barry mentioned yesterday, this is when we need to slow the process down and not be outcome-driven. Focus on movement and mechanics rather than where the ball goes. Work through drills with intention — this is the time to rewire and refine your swing. Having clear goals for the offseason can be huge. What are the areas of your game you’re looking to improve?
