Hi everyone!! I'm Katie. I had the pleasure of meeting the fantastic @Goose Dunlavey at the Skool Games last year after my community Cosmic Creators last minute came 4th in Self-Development in Q3 of the Games!! Backstory: From November 2024 until July 2025 I had about 20 members. Then BAM! In August, my YouTube channel took off and 200+ members joined within a 4-week period. Next thing I know I'm at the Skool Games in LA. You know that story of the Stonecutter’s Creedo - a stonecutter hammers away at his rock, hits it a hundred times without as much as a crack showing in it. Then the hundred and first blow splits it in two. It wasn't the last whack but all the ones before that blow that did it. This is one of the most important lessons I have learned throughout this entire process. Keep compounding, don't lose faith, because every whack adds up and one day you'll hit your tipping point. Now here I am - because I want to make my community as spectacular and fun as it can be and this is just the place to do it. - 🦄 Favorite color? Lilac - 🌈 Favorite Pokemon? I’m honestly blown away by how fast this community is growing. What’s funny is I don’t even really care about the growth anymore. What I care about most is the connection inside the community. The conversations, the support, the friendships forming. That said, the growth clearly isn’t slowing down, and that tells me something important. The best part is that the community is actually alive right now. That means the people joining today are walking into a fun, engaged, welcoming space, way different than what it looked like at the very beginning. This group is less than three months old and we’re already at 350 members. To put it in perspective November, 115 new members December, 141 new members January, 101 new members so far and we’re only 15 days in I’m excited about the numbers, but I’m way more excited about seeing my vision come to life. Watching real connections form and seeing people actually show up for each other has been the most rewarding part. I’ve been trying to build this community for the past two years. It started as a meditation group on Facebook, then evolved into an inner work space hosted on Slack. I wasn’t fully happy with how that felt, so I made a decision to change directions. At the end of October 2025, I joined Skool and started the Stress Free Sobriety community with just five people who came over from my previous private group. That evolution tells me I’m on the right track 🙌 I’m sharing this here simply as a win. Not to brag, not to compare, just to celebrate a milestone that means a lot to me. Building community is not easy, and this one feels really special. Grateful for the journey and excited for what’s unfolding. 💙🙏✨

I found Skool, and not long after that, I lost my best friend. It’s been the hardest loss I’ve ever had to face. The kind that quietly shifts everything — how you think, how you move through the day, how you relate to the world. I actually found Skool through a Goosify advert — @Goose Dunlavey was the first person I saw talking about it. I didn’t know it at the time, but that moment ended up being a small turning point in a much heavier chapter of my life. I didn’t come here looking for support. But in the middle of grief, Skool, this space — and the wider Goosify community around it — became something steady. Honest conversations, real people, learning that continued even when life felt paused. So this post is simply a thank you. To Skool, to Goosify (and for letting me back in when accidentally getting myself banned 😅), and to the people who show up here as themselves.
