Don't Let Life Pass You By...
Just saw this post by "Mommy JM" on my FB feed this morning and I shared it on all my socials. I thought I would share here too: "Dear Mom You don't need to take care of everything, you don't have to be a super mom, a super housewife, a super professional, a super woman. Because when your body gets tired, there will be few who will remember that you tried to be all of this in one person. So, leave the house for later, go for a walk, go to the park, start the gym, buy clothes, go to the salon, sleep, be yourself, take care of yourself, love yourself, and do it exclusively for and for you. Kids grow up, the husband sometimes leaves, the job finds a replacement, the house will get dirty again, but you don't get a second chance. -CTTO-" _____ And now I'm adding my own thoughts: In the non-stop hustle of the multiple responsibilities we carry, we often lose ourselves. Then 50 hits and we find ourselves UNHEALTHILY, UNHAPPY and UNFULFILLED. Don't let this be you. As we approach Mother's Day Weekend 2024, my message to you is this : Take proactive steps NOW to take care of your own needs. No guilt please. Life is short. We don't get a second chance.
