Check out the Dark Providence Trailer!
https://www.darkprovidencepod.com Hi All! Been missing everyone, and thinking about you all! The audio drama launches NEXT TUESDAY. We now have a super slick-sounding 2-minute trailer you can listen to on our website - please give it a listen! Click the link, and scroll down to a little bit below the main image. The audio player is a little bit small (which is annoying), so you have to look out for it. Let me know what you think!

Ugh I hate hearing this. I just switched to Klaviyo too and it's a steeper learning curve than I was expecting. I haven;t succeeded in sending out an email yet -though I've pivoted to something easier the minute it got frustrating,
Klaviyo Question
Hi All! Still buried in launching this audio drama. The premier has been moved one month, to May 19th, to allow us more time to edit episodes. But anyway. I've recently switched from Omnisend to Klaviyo. I needed a service that could handle me having two different brands. Though ultimately, they could have done this with no problem, Omnisend did a totally shit job of communicating that to me when I contacted them about it. So I started the transition over to Kaviyo, who knew exactly what I needed right away. But now, there's all this extra crap I have to do, and I'm kind of hating it. I was planning on sending out my first Klaviyo newsletters for both Reckless Deck and Chaos Assembly this week, but now I'm stuck in the muck of creating a "Branded Sending Domain". I don't know what this is or why I need it, but not having one is blocking me from sending newsletters from either account. And apparently I need to "warm it up" (whatever that means), so this isn't going to be a quick or easy fix. And whenever I hear mention of "DNS records", I die a little inside. Do any of you Klaviyo fans or users have any insight for me? Thanks!

Shameless Brag Post
I’m beating @Hansheng Lee on both the 7 day and 30 day leaderboards. I did not think this was possible. I feel like a rockstar 🤣

HI, my ecommerce ride or die! here are my thoughts: there 's a lot of bandwidth here spent on doing "equal time": meaning, here's some cool qualities you want, but also here's a lot of words about a whole bunch of shit you don't want. I think you can scrap a lot of the "here's what sucks" and land on copy that is across the board more positive and aspirational. "Designed so you can stop carrying a bag everywhere". Sounds pretty sucky. Instead, maybe "designed to free you up to mix and meet in any weather". "more than a coat, it's a second skin". This isn't landing for me. in this photo, it still looks pretty much like a coat. Can you say more about how this can operate for you in social situations where you don't want to be lugging around a big ass coat? Like, how does it lighten your load while being indoors, trying to look sexy and on top of it while meeting cool people, or networking, or dating, without this floppy-ass life jacket tied to you? (spoken like a true east coaster). "You weren't made to carry the world, you were made to live in it" Powerful. Especially resonant for New Yorkers who have to leave the house carrying their whole day on their backs. How about: "You were made to live in the world, not carry it". Leads with the positive vision, and less characters. And how about "Every piece built to move with you, so you can fully take in the experiences that shape who you are. Cut all the extra about what you don't want. Or "Frees you up to take in your world." Super clean, super drilled down.
