What are some ways you've seen yourself grow over the past year? For myself, I'm seeing huge huge huge growth in the area of my mental health and especially in issues of codependency and isolation. Because of how intense and overwhelming I found emotional intimacy with people, I isolated by habit and only allowed a few people in. Thankfully, I've seen the patterns change over the last year and as I've been able to grow, more intimate beautiful friendships have manifested, and the relationships I already had have become full of life and love as they mirror my inner reality.

Devastating breakup
Hello everyone, just sharing my situation to see if someome had some similar experiences.. 1 yr ago my girlfriend left me. I'm still broken and I can not go over It. I know she s with someone else and I ve Daily intrusive images and thoughts about her with him. I also had some other experiences but I still can not go ahead. My body and my mind are still "with" her.

I'm sorry you're going through such a devastating thing. All I can say is the more devastating the breakup, the bigger the opportunity you have to grow into a more authentic version of yourself. You're in the right place and hearing the right information. Recognize that your situation is a changing experience and that the ideal future you think you lost was only a thought that you were holding on to. You didn't lose your perfect person, you've received information for your future choices.

@Erhard H. Totally agree. The "flow" of perfect synchronicity definitely feels like wonderland! I've had so much unexplained physical healing too and I'm experiencing time phenomena. Life is so interesting now.

How to forgive
Hi community, wanted to see if anyone had some insight on how to forgive when it feels hard to, specially in regards to betrayal/loss of trust, thanks 💛

For me, there are layers to forgiveness depending on what level of consciousness you're at. I've had a process of forgiveness for my father as I've become enlightened. I now fully believe that the life that is my father agreed to abuse me because I needed that to wake up, and I actually genuinely feel thankful for that spirit's willingness to cause harm to me in this dimension in order to unlock me. I also fully believe that I consented to the abuse before I came to earth because I was able to see the full picture from a place of Quantum Superposition. That understanding has been a journey over the last 25 years that I've had to come to. For a long time, I had to forgive him just to let the bitterness out of my heart. I had to allow God to be the judge and take it out of my own hands.
