🍞 Monday Manna 🍞
Bread is a staple food in any country..and in a deeply impoverished country, one slice of bread for a child, could be the difference between several more hours or days of life..stark reality..in the plenteous land of America (at least for now..) the majority of us eat some type of bread at least several times a day! In the wilderness, the children of Israel were fed "manna", day in and day out, for Yearsss and they survived!!! 😳 Even though manna, translates to "what is it", I ain't gon mess with y'all that it wasn't a "what", but the DNA of a "Who" 😳I ain't gon mess with y'all that manna wasn't some big thick slice of bread that we are accustomed to, but the Bible records it in Exodus 16 as "a small round thing"😳.. which is no coincidence that we now eat a small round thing for communion that represents the Body of Jesus Christ! Holy Spirit of the Living God come through with this revelation correlation! Another divine download, so the children of Israel were the 1st to experience a partial communion, the reason it was partial was because His Blood had not yet been shed IN the earth..now, can you imagine trying to Commune with someone for 5 years, 10 years, 15 years, 20 years to no avail??! THIS is what Yahweh desired to stress in the wilderness, was DAILY Communion with His People! And why the older generation had to die off! They majority of the communion they were giving back to God was unthankful, ungrateful, moaning, groaning, and complaining! Yet, they were Alive AND Taken Care of! I ain't gon mess with y'all that the health of Any relationship can be determined by the Health of the Communion/Communication between the 2 individuals, and the health of communication is based on the health level of the 2 souls, ehh, that's a whole other lane of discussion.. So trying to stay in my lane of thought and reflecting on the multitude of things those in more prosperous countries have to FEED on, this declaration of Jesus, saying I AM THE BREAD OF "LIFE", really began to sit with me..some countries have sooo many options for food and access thereof, it's Insane, hence we have gluttony, which is also another topic..while there are still countries/places where people only have the option of rice or cornmeal😳..in America, we have a restaurant, cafe, or some type of food shop on every corner to feed our body, we have a myriad of things to feed our soul, and a plethora of things to feed our spirit..And God, knowing the disparities that would exist across the globe, had to level the playing field in such way that, for everyone, anywhere, it's Only JESUS that is the LIFEEEE of Body, Soul, ANDDD SPIRIT! This is why some people that can afford to eat at some of the most expensive restaurants, are full of pride and can have the nastiest attitudes, because they don't have Jesus! Dare I say, even some Christians!😅 Anywho, this is a lil fireside chat I guess, to help us start the week with a Bread of Life Intake Inventory haha, and to monitor our days of what we are feeding on in body, soul, and spirit!

Thank you for today’s manna! 🍞 I really enjoyed this fireside chat — such a powerful reminder of daily communion and not just consumption. The connection between manna and the consistency of relationship with God really stood out to me. It definitely made me pause and reflect on my own intake — not just naturally, but spiritually and emotionally as well. My actionable takeaways: Staying grateful, not taking provision for granted, and being intentional about what I’m feeding on is key. This was rich — appreciate you sharing this revelation! 🙏🏾

WELCOME NEWBIES
First off… welcome. For real. You being here is not random. And let me say this up front… thank you for your patience. I’ve been deep in the lab working on my one-man show, so I haven’t been as active in here as I normally am. But hear me clearly: Next week, we’re turning this up a notch. More structure. More engagement. More pressure. More growth. And I want to say thank you to all of you, new and existing, for staying attentive, staying present, and staying involved even in the quiet moments. That says a lot about your hunger. Now let me make sure we’re aligned on what this is: This is not just a group. This is not passive content consumption. This is not where you come to scroll and spectate. This is a mentorship environment. This is where creatives, leaders, and builders come to: – Get clarity on their calling – Develop their voice and identity – Build discipline and consistency – Sharpen their thinking – And actually execute We don’t just talk about purpose here… we build systems around it. We don’t just get inspired… we get to work. This space is important because most people have potential… but no structure. No accountability. No environment that challenges them to grow. That’s what this is. So if you’re here, lean in. Don’t stay on the sidelines. Get involved: – Introduce yourself if you haven’t – Engage with posts – Ask questions – Share your progress – Take the assignments seriously You will get out of this what you put into it. Let’s build something real. Welcome to the lab.

Building Something — Would Value Your Insight
Hey family, cause y’all are really a vibe! 😁 Since we’re clearly building and growing together in this space, I wanted to share something I’m working on growing! I released my first podcast episode of the year from a platform I’ve built to support, encourage, and elevate women in ministry. 🎙️ https://youtu.be/mrNz_0PRMlY?si=UeP4ZhWyn-c06QWg While this is a space many women may directly relate to, I truly value perspective from both women and men in this room — especially as builders and creators. Even if you don’t watch the full interview, I’d appreciate your feedback on: • First impression (title, cover, intro) • Flow and engagement • What makes you stay vs. click off And for those of you growing platforms — What strategies have helped you increase subscribers and build consistent traction? If it resonates with you, feel free to subscribe. , share it with someone who could benefit, or even recommend women in ministry who would be great guests for future conversations. I’m building with intention and welcome the insight.

What's your WARM UP?
WHAT’S YOUR WARM-UP? Hey, I miss y’all. For real. It’s good to tap back in with this group. I’ve been in a heavy season... pressure, production, building, but I want to make sure I’m still giving you something practical, not just inspirational. Let’s talk about the zone. The zone is that state where everything clicks. Where your mind is clear. Your confidence is stable. Your creativity flows. Your focus locks in. It’s where distraction dies and execution lives. Athletes call it being “locked in.” Creatives feel it when ideas just start pouring. In the Spirit, it’s that place where you’re aligned, sensitive, and moving with clarity and power. The zone is not random. It’s entered. And what I’m learning is this: You don’t just show up in the zone… you warm up into it. Before any great performance, there’s preparation. Before any deep focus, there’s alignment. Before any productivity, there’s a ritual. So here’s the question: What’s your warm-up? What do you do to get your mind right? Your spirit focused? Your body ready? Is it prayer? Music? Silence? Movement? Journaling? Or are you just trying to jump straight into performance without preparation? I want you to become a master of entering the zone on demand. Because the people who win in life aren’t just talented… They know how to get ready on command. 👇🏾 Drop it in the chat: What’s your warm-up routine before you step into your assignment?

Most times it’s the early morning stillness with sounds of nature (preferably) or soaking instrumentals in the background.
