MARK YOUR CALENDARS FOR ANOTHER LIVE TBW JOURNEY
Our senior Breath Masters coach @Sarah Wright will be taking you on a deep dive this Thursday March 9th @ 7:30pm Perth Time. A JOURNEY HOME. Take a journey with Sarah into a space where your heart will be nourished, your mind will gain clarity, and your body will become filled with ease. A journey allowing you a safe and sacred space to explore the deepest and most vulnerable parts of yourself, strengthening the connection between your mind and body. This process of connected breathing may bring up any unresolved or suppressed emotions and through the breath we let them go. This style of breath can promote a well needed reset, overall balance allowing vital energy to flow freely through the body, supporting the breakthrough of old patterns and stepping into a new version of yourself. Drop some love in the comment below if you will be participating in this journey! @Brian Kelly @Han Alcantara @Sarah Wright Big Love, Mona

Just did this today and I have to say it was one of my favourites yet. Thank you @Sarah Wright . I found your voice to be so soothing and it really kept me calm the whole way through. Thank you for holding such a beautiful space!
Pelvic Floor Pain & Endometriosis
I had asked a question about pelvic floor pain management and if anyone had any experience with alleviation of these types of issues a month or so ago. I have done a couple sessions with a friend who is experiencing severe PF tense-ness and pain. After one breathwork session she said it's alleviated almost entirely, although the tension has either moved or just without the distraction increased the pain/tightness in her TMJ, I am still super excited for her and what the future holds! Wanted to share that here!

Hey wow this is so good to hear!…I was looking for people with endometriosis to see if breathwork helped with their symptoms…I also get pelvic floor pain… I started breathwork in December and tend to do a deep transformational journey once or twice a month depending on wether I feel I need to…usually the week of my period… I have tried every treatment under the sun for Endo both conventional and alternative…lifestyle change has helped but breath work has definitely had the biggest impact, my symptoms have reduced dramatically, quite instantly since starting this…I’m not 100 percent there yet but I am getting there and it seems to be improving more and more…I now know where the Endo stems from, it came to me during a session and since working through that I can honestly say it has changed everything! Would love to hear if more have experienced similar!
INHALE PEACE ☮️, EXHALE STRESS☣️: THE POWER OF MINDFUL BREATHING ☯️💆‍♀️💆‍♂️
Hey 👋🏾 Have you ever found yourself feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or anxious? It's a common experience in today's fast-paced world, but there is a simple and effective way to find a sense of calm and inner peace: mindful breathing. Mindful breathing is a technique that involves focusing your attention on your breath and becoming more aware of your thoughts and feelings. By practicing mindful breathing regularly, you can reduce stress and anxiety, improve focus and concentration, and enhance your overall well-being. There's this one saying that comes to my mind is:"The greatest weapon against stress is our ability to choose one thought over another." Here's a simple mindful breathing technique that I found useful and you can try right now: ፩ Sit or stand in a comfortable position, with your back straight and your shoulders relaxed. ፪ Take a deep breath in through your nose, feeling your chest and belly expand. ፫ Hold your breath for a few seconds, then slowly exhale through your mouth, feeling your chest and belly contract. ፬ Repeat this cycle several times, focusing your attention on your breath and the sensations in your body. ፭ If your mind starts to wander, gently bring your focus back to your breath. Incorporating mindful breathing into your daily routine can have a profound impact on your mental and physical well-being. So take a few moments to breathe deeply and mindfully, and experience the peace and calm that comes with it✌🏾.

After a Breathwork journey
Hello beautiful souls! I would love your opinion on this. I am a yoga teacher and I am practicing different Pranayama techniques, but for the last 7 months that I have found breathwork and I am practicing this kind of breathing, I am totally excited and I see profound changes in my life! Especially after the breathwork journeys.. Oh my God! The realizations that are coming to me are so magnificent and simple, that they just stick in me. So grateful! But, sometimes, the next one or two days after the 1 hour breathwork journey, I noticed that I am feeling really tired. Like sleeping for hours.. It's normal, right? Is anybody else experiencing something like this? Is it the body's mechanism for healing? Thank you! Namaste 🙏

Yessss the fatigue is real! I feel it for a couple of days too! I mentioned to someone else on here that it almost feels like a detox! A lot comes up afterwards that I like to write down…the whole thing really is life changing!
