As part of my reading for the built on purpose challenge… I always read my daily devotions anyways but wanted to share the one from today ❤️. I often think a lot of my lessons only come through big moments, major failures, or drastic life changes. Today’s reading reminded me that God “schools” us everyday rather it’s through conversations, delays, unanswered prayers, relationships, or even discomfort. Sometimes the lesson isn’t about changing our situation…It’s about changing how we see God in the middle of it. Anything he’s putting us through is for good in the end. Think about everything you’ve been through rather big or small and how God carried you through it although in the moment you had no idea how it would work out. Even when we don’t get the answer we want when we want it..we’re never without guidance!!! ❤️🙏🏽 Look at life through understanding, grace, and knowing he’s there to guide you through the day. God is a compass we should use daily/keep in our hand to direct us.

These past few months have been heavy… full of tears, uncertainty, and so many prayers. But even in the moments when I felt overwhelmed, God never left me. He heard me, He carried me, and He came through for me in His perfect timing. I wanted to let the group know as part of my testimony that I got approved for my new apartment. A fresh start. A new chapter. A blessing that truly reminds me of God’s faithfulness. I am so thankful and so overwhelmed with gratitude. ‘The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still.’ — Exodus 14:14 ❤️

I didn't go to the gym yesterday due to my job sending me to Alabama but I did do 120 pushups and 100 sit ups in my room so that was Day 3/30 and today I did make Day 4/30 which I don't have a picture tonight cause the gym DRAGGED me this evening😂😂😂😂😂 Hope everyone is doing good and your week is going even better🙏🏾💪🏾
