@Arthor Pendragon It's an outsourced sales agency. Right now we are working with a charity and encouraging people to join a prize draw by going door to door. For me personally the biggest internal challenge is simply to have a large number of conversations with the public on a daily basis (especially when lots of them get put into fight or flight by the very sight of a "salesman" knocking on their door) WHILST doing emotionally intensive inner work at the same time that constantly leads to me seeing myself and the world around me in new and often startling perspectives. The biggest external challenge is the kafkaesque nature of the simulation, noteably platforms like indeed which make it hard for new businesses to use and offer questionable customer service!! 🤬🤬😂😂

@Arthor Pendragon What's helped me most is just being process driven rather than outcome driven and allowing my subconscious mind to find solutions rather than using my discursive mind. Nothing comes to mind that would help at this moment in time.
