Somewhere along the way, running the business replaced doing the thing you loved. That's not growth, it's a structure problem. Let's fix that.

Getting Your First 50 Members (Without Ads)
First off… if you’ve started your Skool community >> congrats, amazing and fantastic!! 🎉 Such a good place to be right now. I’ve actually stepped away from Instagram and LinkedIn over the last month, and I’m all in on Skool… and honestly? The shift feels really good. I’m seeing a lot of new people getting started, so I wanted to keep this super simple: 👉 You can get your first 50 members without ads. 👉 You don’t need a big audience. 👉 You don’t need to overcomplicate it. I mapped out exactly how to do it in the infographic below 👇 Share in the comments what you already knew...and what was new to you!

I do these only because I've been listening to Brendas tips and reading her posts 🤭 But I have my first 11. I did invite the initial 10 and will slowly invite more each week. I'm about to invite some from other groups I'm in outside of Skool.... I'm working the plan. 😉 Can't wait to hit my first 100!

Your 7-Day Skool Glow-Up
Most people overthink this…It’s not about posting more. It's about showing up better. So I put together a simple 7-Day Flame Plan you can follow in 10–15 mins/day 👇 ✔️ Comment more than you post ✔️ Help people (this is the cheat code) ✔️ Stay consistent for 30 days straight See what habits start to form. And, yes you may need to drop your social media consumption, and do one less reel in an attempt to go viral this week. PS - I'm giving social media a break this summer. I'll be here on Skool.

Social Media vs. Skool
You may have heard that I deactivated some of my social media accounts. I've kept... - YouTube for retargeting - Facebook for Meta Ads But everything else I am taking a break from. Call is midlife brain fog, or raising cortisol levels, but it just doesn't give me joy anymore. Plus, I receive much more organic growth from Skool in our communities, than I have from the 7 years I've been on social media for business. Check out these facts between Social Media vs. Skool. (see infographic below) You've got to show up somewhere for your business...why not where you can see the pay-back and it gives you joy. What's your plan in 2026? PS - originally adapted from a post Calvin Hollywood post on Skoolers (but with a Brenda/Midlife spin)

I'm not a social media girl so I'm all in on Skool. I'm not used to reading and posting so I'm building up to better consistency. 🤭 😅 but I am finding Skool to be very enjoyable and I'm meeting some really great people.

The simplest filter for your first delegation
Every task in your business splits two ways: how much brainpower it takes, and how much 'only-you' ownership it requires. High brainpower + high ownership stays with you -> strategy, offers, pricing, the calls only you can make. Low brainpower + low ownership is where you start -> formatting, invoicing once your terms are set, moving tasks through your project system based on rules you already defined. Your first system doesn't need to be fancy. It needs three things: where the work starts, what "done" looks like, and where it goes when it's finished. That's it. One task, one checklist, one person testing it for 30 days. What's one task in your business that's low brainpower but you're still holding onto? Drop it below let's find your first delegation candidate.
