Tonights Lesson was about taking back your power so that you can be successful. You got be able to look in mirror & evaluate self to see where you want be . Then you got stop letting past dictate the future so you dont stop from moving forward. And 3rd setting your boundaries to not go back into those toxic environments. Thanks to Chris who wants the best for us students by instilling us with great advice and techniques to have a powerful Mindset !
