Send out non-renewals to a few tenants that we no longer want in our park.

@Eric Caravella Thank you Eric. This is very similar to what I am dealing with. I have a few of these issues and wasn't sure how to deal with them. These are good points and very helpful. It looks like I am drafting non renewal letters and asking people to exit this next week. The one old lady has people (ex convicts) as i understand it living with her. very frail and old, owns the place but she doesn't leave the back room. I feel bad when people are frail and i am asking them to leave on their TOH. I appreciate your insight and experience! Thank you again!
