Think of it as a starter operating layer for your business. It comes pre-wired with connections to tools that many business owners already use. Accounting tools. Payment processors. CRM tools. Workspace tools. Document tools. Marketing tools. Communication tools and so on. The power is not just in the connectors. The power is in the skills and ready-to-run workflows that come with it.

One of my favorite takeaways was to treat everything as data and dont take any failure personal. 💯 A few of the ladies and myself put a short-term accountability plan in place and will check up on each other. Im also excited for the follow up conversations I will have with those who need my help with AI workflows. I was also introduced to other folks that did not attend the session so that made me value the power of in person connections even more. More updates to come. However, these limits are dynamic and fluctuate based on: ​Conversation Length: Sending a "Hi" in a long thread consumes more of your limit than in a new one because the entire history is re-processed. ​Model Choice: Using more powerful models like Claude 3.5 Opus will "burn" through your 5-hour quota significantly faster than using Sonnet. ​Peak Hours: During high-demand periods (typically weekdays 8 AM – 2 PM ET), Anthropic may reduce limits to ensure stability for all users. ​If you hit your limit, you will either be switched to a basic model or asked to wait until your 5-hour window resets. For users who consistently outgrow these limits, Anthropic now offers Max tiers (starting at $100/mo) with much higher capacity. My tip is to use ChatGPT for ideation, questions, and then use Claude AI for execution of the actual work.💡
