Me- HR stands for Hope & Resilience because businesses provide hope to people with they solve their problems or address their concerns. Solving problems often can require resilience because of the sticky red tape and bureaucracy and paperwork you have funnel through in order to compete the process. When I help people address their concerns I also get hope and a greater capacity to be resilient- so it’s not just reciprocal but with the proper systems this experience can be cyclical.
