I was diagnosed with PD fifteen years ago.  For many years I did just what the doctors told me to do.  I took the medication that was prescribed. 

Then, I started noticing that my symptoms were worse when I was in stressful situations.   That brought me to Hope Shortcut.  

Since I’ve been here I’ve learned that my symptoms are completely related to stress.  I’ve learned how to track my symptoms, identify their causes, and treat them by treating the underlying stress.
