Hey everyone! Chris Hopper here writing from Boulder, Colorado, USA. I just realized I never did an introduction, so here I am :) I am elated to be a part of WXRLD Builders with all you visionary heart-driven people! I am a mentor/teacher/coach and have been working with kids and teens for almost 20 years now. I have done everything from coaching gymnastics and parkour to mentoring/teaching at a nature based homeschool program, teaching preschool, teaching piano, running afterschool parkour, circus, and music enrichment programs, and facilitating boys groups and boys rites of passage. Additionally, I am very passionate about music and movement and played keyboards/piano professionally with multiple bands for over a decade and danced professionally with an incredible company called The AscenDance Project (we danced on a climbing wall!). I am now feeling the call to level up in life and bring all of my skills and passion for creating a healthier more loving world together into a new business model that aims to holistically prepare kids and teens for rites of passage through mentoring containers. My primary motivation is to help kids find the courage to be their authentic selves and grow into their highest potential by creating safe spaces for socio-emotional intelligence/exploration, honest reflection, deep nature connection, physical challenge & risk/edges, wilderness and bushcraft/survival skills, awareness and attunement, sacred culture, and more. I believe nurturing the confidence, resilience, creativity, truth, love, and authentic embodiment of young people's beautiful unique divine nature is a profound and powerful path towards a better future for humanity.
