At the airport on my way to Tignes!

I've also stuck with the fitness regime and, after a visit to a physio, have been working hard on stretching my glutes. Just booked for two weeks in Tignes at the beginning of December so very excited about that - definitely a win.

Mobility work every day this week - really enjoying that it is directly related to movements in skiing. Mogul training this morning using a chair!
Recommendation for ski holiday on my own?
As a widower for nearly 2 years now, I need to be more courageous and have a ski holiday on my own (probably in Feb). I am going twice in March - Andorra El Tarter with mates, and mid March to Tignes Le Lac with my daughters and son in law. Last year I had 3 separate weeks skiing in Jan, Feb, and March. But this year I won't be going till March. Any recommendations for someone going alone in Jan or Feb?

When I came back to skiing a couple of years ago I discovered Snowheads. I’ve now done 12 weeks with them. They (it’s actually one person who organises the trips) go to the Dolomites at the end of January. There are a lot of people on these trips who, for various reasons, don’t have a group to ski with and Snowheads deals with that problem. I’d suggest you have a look. It is a bit quirky but works much better than you might expect. Don’t be put off by the delightfully retro website. https://snowheads.com/ski-forum/viewtopic.php?p=5463663 https://snowheads.com/ski-forum/viewtopic.php?p=5405558 You’ll need to create an account to view these but you won’t get spammed.

And I fixed a toilet cistern. That's definitely a win.
