Something Big Is Coming — The Better Pro Blueprint
Hey Blueprint fam, I’ve been working on something important. Over the next few weeks I’m releasing a brand new 6-module video training program called The Better Pro Blueprint. This is not another generic business course. This program starts with the man first. We’re going deep on building the kind of man who can actually lead a strong business discipline, mindset, identity, faith, physical strength, and the mental toughness required to stop leaving money on the table. Then we move into the practical business skills: sales confidence, tonality, follow-up systems, objection handling, and how to close more consistently. The core idea is simple but powerful: Fix the man. The business will follow. I’m still finishing filming the modules, but I wanted to let you know what’s coming. This training is built specifically for home service contractors who are tired of the same old grind and ready to become better men, better leaders, and better closers. If that sounds like you, stay locked in. I’ll be dropping the first module very soon. Reply below and tell me: What’s one area in your life or business where you know you need to level up the most right now? Let’s get ready. I’m right here with you. — Chris

Dictators Lose Money. Builders Keep It.
Hey Blueprint fam, A lot of contractors run their day and their business like dictators. They try to control everything. They react to every problem with pressure and frustration. They push their team, push their customers, and push themselves all while running on stress, poor habits, and a weak mindset. Then they wonder why deals are slipping, jobs are leaking money, and nothing feels stable. Here’s the truth: You don’t build a strong business by trying to control everything around you. You build it by becoming stronger from the inside out. When you focus on building yourself mentally and personally first your discipline, your mindset, your habits, and your relationship with God you stop leading from pressure and start leading from strength. That shift shows up in everything: You communicate better on sales calls. You close with more confidence instead of sounding desperate. You stop making emotional decisions that cost you money. You lead your team without burning them out or pushing them away. Weak men try to dictate their day and their people. Strong men build themselves first, then everything around them gets better. When you’re mentally strong and grounded, you don’t have to force outcomes. You make better decisions, you protect your money, and you naturally become the kind of leader people want to follow. Stop trying to control everything from the top down. Start building yourself from the bottom up. Reply below and be honest: Are you leading your day and your business like a dictator, or are you building yourself into the man who can actually handle it? I’m right here with you. — Chris

Weak Men Lose Money They Should’ve Kept
Hey Blueprint fam, Most contractors think losing money comes from bad marketing or bad pricing. A lot of the time, it actually comes from being a weak man. When you’re undisciplined with your body, your mind, and your habits, it shows up everywhere in your business. You make emotional decisions on jobs. You avoid hard conversations with your team. You fold on price too easily. You let leads go cold because you’re too tired or scattered to follow up properly. You don’t lose money because you’re unlucky. You lose it because you’re not strong enough yet to protect it. The contractors who consistently close more, lead better, and keep more of their money are usually the ones who’ve done the real work on themselves first. They train their body. They protect their mornings. They keep God first. They lead their family with discipline and presence. And because of that, they show up differently in their business. They’re not reacting from exhaustion or stress. They’re operating from strength and clarity. That shift alone changes how they sell, how they lead, and how much money stays in their pocket at the end of the month. You can keep chasing better systems and better marketing all you want. But if you’re still weak as a man, you’ll keep leaking money in ways you can’t seem to fix. It’s time to stop blaming everything else and start becoming the man who actually deserves to win. Reply below and be honest: Where in your business do you feel like you’re leaking money or losing opportunities because of your own habits or mindset? Let’s get real about it. I’m right here with you. — Chri

The Mirror Test: Are You Actually Becoming the Man Your Business Needs?
Hey Blueprint fam, Let me ask you something real. When you look in the mirror in the morning, do you like the man staring back at you? Not just how you look but who you are. How disciplined you are. How you lead your family. How you show up in your business. How you handle pressure when no one’s watching. Most contractors are trying to fix their business while ignoring the man running it. They want better close rates, stronger teams, and more profit, but they’re still weak in the areas that actually matter their body, their mind, their character, and their relationship with God. Here’s what I’ve learned: When you get serious about becoming a better man when you train your body, protect your mornings, keep God first, and lead your family with strength everything else in your business gets better too. You close more because you show up with more confidence and presence. You lead stronger because you’ve built real discipline. You stop leaking money because you’re no longer making emotional, tired decisions. You become the kind of man your wife, kids, and team can actually respect. This is exactly why we’re building these modules Get In Shape or Stay Stuck, along with the others coming. It’s not just about fitness. It’s about becoming the man your business and your family actually need. Family first. God first. Then everything else falls into place. If you’re tired of grinding hard but still feeling like you’re falling short, it might be time to stop looking outward and start looking in the mirror. Reply below and be honest: When you look in the mirror, are you proud of the man you’re becoming or do you know you’ve been avoiding the work? Let’s build better men who close more, lead stronger, and stop leaving money on the table. I’m right here with you. — Chris

Being a Father Is More Than Just Providing
Hey Blueprint fam, Today is Father’s Day. For a lot of us, this day brings up a mix of pride and pressure. We want to be good providers, good leaders, and good examples. But somewhere along the way, many men started believing that providing money was the same as being a good father. It’s not. Being a man and a father is about showing up fully. It’s about leading your family with both strength and patience. It’s about keeping your word, controlling your emotions, and being the kind of man your kids can look up to and feel safe around. Your children are watching how you treat their mother. They’re watching how you handle stress, how you speak when you’re tired, and whether you choose discipline or laziness when no one is watching. That’s the real legacy you’re building. A strong man doesn’t just work hard for his family he shows up for them. He leads with presence, not just provision. He teaches his kids what it means to be responsible, respectful, and grounded. Today, take a moment to really be with your family. Put the phone down. Have real conversations. Let them feel your strength and your love at the same time. Reply below and be honest: What’s one area you’re working on as a man and a father right now? Let’s keep building each other up. I’m right here with you. — Chris
