I've been given the keys to an apartment community/private garden that needs a lot of tlc. There qlare 12 plots, and some on the side a few are now private plots given to six familys of the apartments one is mine. The other six are community. Over grown, termites, ticks, squirels l, but ladybugs, butterflies, bees, dragonflies. Do also live here soo there is hope. Right now working on redoing the compose that is full of morning glory vines so, we will clean out the area, use a tarp killing whatever with sand etc abd use bins with lids. But as you see we have a lot to do. We also have human pests, aka those who raid the private plots and destroy. There is no good gate so we will be seeing about donations. Anyway here is the garden.

My petunias died but the ice plant is already blooming. We are getting ready to leave for a week's vacation, but when we get home, hubby promised to take me to get a couple of fruit trees and more flowers for this little corner of my garden. I'm wanting to plant sunflowers too, but I think I might have missed my window of opportunity this year. But, my ice plant is blooming!!!! Yeah!!!!!
