A quick personal note 👇 I was recently on a news network talking about how to stay healthy during the holidays. Yes, I know — in this group we usually talk: • Business • Automations • Facebook ads • Traffic • Content systems But here’s the quiet truth: 🧠 Your business only runs as well as your body does. Burned-out founders make sloppy decisions. Low energy kills momentum. A tired brain buys bad ideas. So here are my Holiday Survival Rules — simple, human, and doable 👇 🥩 1. Lead with protein Protein is the bouncer at the door. Eat it first and it escorts half the cookies out. No one ever says:“I’m stuffed… let me grab another steak.” Dessert always sneaks in when protein doesn’t show up. 💧 2. Drink water like it’s your job Most “hunger” is really dehydration. 🎯 Aim for 2–3 liters per day Track it and you’ll naturally eat less without trying harder. Lazy wins still count. 🚶‍♂️ 3. Move because it feels good Not because you’re guilty. You’re watching athletes on TV —be one for 20 minutes. Walk. Play. Get outside. Movement is a gift, not a punishment. 🔁 4. Keep one foot in your normal routine This is a few days, not a lifestyle reset. • Train if you normally train • Eat normally 80% of the time • Don’t burn the whole year down over a holiday plate 🌍 5. Zoom out. Way out. Your body is shaped by patterns, not single meals. No guilt, no spiral.
