Destroy the Sunday Night Dread
Put your weekend in a safe bubble. Before leaving work on Friday, write your to-do list in your planner (if you don't have one, get one). Handwriting allows you to consciously give the tasks to the paper. When you are done, close the planner. This is the last thing you do before you leave. It can work for nightly if you find that you are still worried about work stuff when you go home in the evenings. It takes practice; be patient with yourself.
