REMINDER...TAKE THAT BREAK!
Too often, we find every excuse NOT to take a break. If this is you, think about why. What are real reasons that are insurmountable, and which are for reasons you actually can change?

Coaching packages that work best for YOU!
I'm offering two coaching packages. One will allow for weekly phone/Teams calls along with email support to follow up. The other will be email only - where email discussions are bi-weekly, answered within 24 hours, and available for you on your busy or irregular schedule! Choose a package that works best for your care needs. Both are personalized just for you! See the Classroom for more details.

Why is it so hard to delegate?
Do you find yourself feeling overwhelmed with providing care for a loved one, but can't seem to say "yes" to offers for help? You may even be turning people away, without knowing it! Think about times where friends, family or neighbors offered to help or to call if you needed anything... Did you do it? Did you take them up on it? Why, or why not?

SELF-CARE SUNDAY
Are you driven by felt "expectations" from others? Your parent, other family members, even your own assumptions about what you should be doing? Take time to reflect on the things that drive you all week... Consider how you can work rest periods into your daily routines. Even small bits of time carved out JUST FOR YOU, like 20 minutes, can give you spaces to rest, regroup, and then continue with your day. Set rest periods that work for you, honor your efforts to help others, and practice boundaries in protecting that time. If you don't, no one else will.
