Week 2 ~ Day 6
Time is flying! Sometimes I find it hard to document everything I eat everyday and check in on the app! It feels good for my mental health to step back a few steps when it feels overwhelming or more like a task. Also makes coming back and sharing more fulfilling Pictured is a Caesar salad with crumbled burger Papaya + banana + sapote smoothie bowl My favorite strawberries from driscoll called the β€œsweetest batch”. I don’t normally like store bought strawberries, but this variety is so amazing! If you see them- try them!! I ate 4 containers of them today 🀭 Grocery haul - some old grapes I’m turning into raisins in the dehydrator and some mushrooms (portobello) I’m turning into mushroom jerky - teriyaki flavor! Still making morning green juice and mono meals for breakfast. Love making the juice fresh when I wake up Happy weekend-ing everyone!

I love the vibrant colors of the fruit & veggies, it looks so yummy! πŸ₯° What’s a sapote? Seems a wonderful approach to me to do what you can with the energy you have that day. πŸ™ŒπŸΌπŸ™πŸ» Otherwise it idd becomes a task and it gets super overwhelming. That’s what I’ve learned as well..

Enjoyed fresh green juice this morning : kale, parsley, cucumber, celery, jalepeno, lemon, pineapple, apple Went to a power yoga class and for breakfast I had a papaya, banana, Sapote smoothie bowl Snack/lunch 3 containers of strawberries. Had a few grapes over the period of the day too Dinner is apricot & mango soup with veggies mixed in. also picture is our teriyaki pineapple wrap from last nights dinner! Happy Saturday friends! πŸ₯°

Salad and green godeess dressing today. Made without garlic and will believe that garlic is essential in this recipe πŸ€”. Satueed a mushroom too to work with my microbiome cause mushrooms Are not so tolerated by my stomack πŸ˜”
