🙈How do you feel about failure?
If you’re feeling like you failed… pause for a moment and try this perspective. Imagine you want to turn the light on, but it doesn’t turn on. Is that a failure? Do you sit in the dark telling yourself, “I failed at turning on the light” or do you get curious? Maybe there’s no electricity. Maybe the lightbulb is burnt out. Maybe you pressed the wrong switch. None of these mean you failed. They just mean something in the system needs adjusting. Life works the same way. When something doesn’t work, it’s not a verdict about you. It's feedback. Information. A clue. So the real question isn’t “Why did I fail? ”but“ What needs attention so the light can come on?” Is it time to change the bulb? Check the power? Or try a different switch? Staying in the dark is optional. Taking the next step toward light is always available ✨ What’s one small adjustment you could make today?

Wow, this analogy is so good. ✨ I’ve definitely had moments where something didn’t go the way I hoped, and my first instinct was to label it as failure. But when I step back and get curious instead — just like checking the switch or the bulb — I realize it’s simply an area that needs attention, not a verdict about me. One small adjustment I’m making today is giving myself more grace and looking at what actually needs tweaking instead of taking it personally. Thank you for this beautiful reminder that the light is always available.

🧚‍♀️The Version of You Who’s Been Running the Show
Ever feel like you’re reacting to life on autopilot… like someone else is steering? Here’s a tiny identity-awareness shift for today: Name the version of you who’s been running things lately. Is she “The Overloaded Organizer”? “The Don’t-Forget-Anything Detective”? “The I’ll-Do-It-Myself Queen”? Once she has a name, she becomes visible. And once she’s visible… you get to choose if she leads today. ✨ Who’s been running the show for you this week?

I love this question. 💛I think I’m somewhere between The Overloaded Organizer and The Don’t-Forget-Anything Detective right now. December has so many moving pieces, and I catch myself trying to hold every detail in my head while also keeping all the plates spinning. Seeing it named out loud helps me realize she’s operating from stress, not from peace. And when I notice that, I can gently step back, breathe, and choose a slower, more grounded version of myself to lead again. Such a good reminder that awareness is the first blessed step. ✨

🌿 Soft reminder
🌿 Soft reminder for the tired woman today: You are not broken. You are not behind. You are not failing at life. You’re exhausted because your nervous system hasn’t felt safe in a long time. And when your body is in constant alert mode…everything feels heavy. even the smallest tasks. This isn’t a motivation problem. It’s a state problem. Awareness begins when you stop asking “What’s wrong with me?” and start asking “What has my body been protecting me from? What does my body need?” 💛 You don’t need fixing. You need gentleness + awareness.

Thank you for these gentle reminders. I think we are the toughest critics to ourselves. What we say about ourselves is so important.
