Hello, anyone knows of a good IMO to join that has 100% commission and all life/term/IUL products?

When looking at commissions, be sure to look for a breakdown as to how they are calculated because it does vary across companies so sometimes what sounds like a higher percentage is still a lesser amount of money. You have to consider the business model and other factors around your long term growth beyond the commission as well.
Fiverr and Upwork Leads
**new follow up question in comments** Quick question as I didn’t see it on the course. Are you all hiring through the platforms? I would assume not since we have our own systems for payment etc. Just want to make sure I do it properly so I don’t get banned on those platforms! With Upwork specifically it seems like it’s expected to communicate and keep everything in the app. Haven’t started Fiverr yet. Thank you in advance!

Anyone else had experience here and want to share? I went through proposals and when I went to message one of them, it was warning me to keep communications in Upwork. I’m a little overwhelmed now with all their warnings and policies: - You can be banned for taking communications out of Upwork - You can be banned for paying outside of upwork - To move a relationship off Upwork, you need to pay a contract conversion fee of 13.4% the estimated annual earning for the job. Can someone specify their workaround?

Hello, I’m Christina and I have a background in customer success and management. I’m really excited to build my business in life insurance as it parallels the work I did in customer success (get to know the client, come up with a plan, help them implement, follow up and support, repeat).
