Dear Christina....
Dear @Christina Howard, Thank you for an absolutely dynamic IYMS Youth Leadership Summit this weekend! Your unwavering mission, bold vision, and servant leadership were the driving forces behind this year’s incredible success—despite the unexpected winter storm and pivot to virtual event. Your grace under pressure and commitment to excellence reminded us all that teamwork truly makes the dream work. Because of your leadership, countless young voices were empowered and inspired. The best is yet to come in 2027 and beyond—and I’m honored to witness and support the journey ahead! With gratitude and admiration, T.M. Hyman

@Genie Snyder Chamberlin, thank you for being the GOAT at capturing wonderful photo and video moments throughout events. It doesn't matter where we are or what event we are supporting, you ALWAYS come through with capturing amazing moments. It was, and is always, the God in me. I thank Him for using me as I move to fulfill the purpose He has for me on this earth. The journey hasn't always been easy, but when we get to a place where we know our calling, we should rest in knowing that He will see everything through for us when we are faced with uncertain circumstances. I am so grateful to have you connected to the IYMS team.

10,000 Steps A Day… Keeps The Doctor Away
“10,000 steps a day keeps the doctor away” isn’t just a health slogan — it’s a leadership principle. Progress is rarely one giant leap. It’s consistent steps taken daily — even when you’re busy, even when you’re under pressure, even when results aren’t instant. Every step you take: - builds stamina for bigger decisions - creates mental clarity under load - models discipline your team can see - protects the asset your mission runs on — you You don’t need heroic bursts. You need repeatable rhythm. Today, take the steps — physically and strategically. Small disciplined actions compound into long-term leadership strength. Keep moving. Keep leading. Keep the main thing the main thing. Make today great, TM

Great goal of 10,000 steps per day. It has been my minimum step's goal since last year. Now, I strive for 12,000 steps per day with 10,000 being the minimum. Awesome motivation!

@Tm Hyman, for sure! Discipline and consistency are definitely needed to stay on track. I will admit that I fall off sometimes and have to dig deep to start again. I don't have the military peeps on my back about a Physical Fitness Test twice per year. lol
How Leaders Learn to Think Clearly Under Fire
Most leaders don’t lose clarity because they’re not smart enough. They lose clarity because pressure changes how they process. I learned this the hard way in corporate leadership — pressure doesn’t remove your intelligence… it overrides your sequence. Under pressure, most people: react → decide → justify Clear leaders: stabilize → frame → decide → communicate Quick field reset you can use immediately: When pressure spikes, pause and ask: “What exactly is the decision right now — not the whole problem?” Not the drama. Not the noise. The decision. Clarity returns fast when the decision is isolated. Pressure is not the enemy. Untrained pressure response is. Where do you feel pressure distort your thinking most — time, money, people, or visibility? — TM Hyman
