I live in San Antonio, Texas I’m an author, trauma-informed writing and voice coach, and I’m also almost finished with my PMHNP program. A lot of my work centers around helping women rebuild self-trust, reconnect with their voice, and begin putting language to what they’ve lived through in a way that feels safe, honest, and meaningful. I’m really happy to be here and excited to connect with everyone.
