Team, quick update. I’ve been quietly building something for the past 6 months. Didn’t talk about it publicly. Didn’t test it lightly. Didn’t want to share it until it actually worked. It’s ready. Here’s the short version of what it does: • You get 1–2 realtors per month • Each sends ~3+ deals per year (not random leads that never close) • No cold calling • No forced coffee chats (unless you enjoy them) • Takes 1.5–2.5 hours per week It’s built for loan officers who want fewer partners… but higher quality ones. Got off the coaching call with Sam and sent off the text to 3 of my contacts from the format he gave us. Here it is if you need it: "Hi, from the top of your head, how many realtors you personally know that you like and trust?" Here were the result: 1. He knew 4 he could introduce me to 2. Said he had 0 3. He knew 3 he could introduce me to 3 text, 7 potential connections.
