A little about me. I had a gastric sleeve last August and I have since lost 5.7 stone. My next target is to build up my fitness. I was in a really dark place last year - mentally and physically. I have come such a long way and Iām so proud of myself š„°
Can I ask a question? How do people deal with negativity? Negative people? Iām a positive person and love people. I love being around other people but I struggle with negative people, the ones that moan about everything and want you to join in. Itās a new year and I had it all last year so how do I nicely tell them? My mood can change because of them and this year Iām trying to staying in my positive mindset xxx
My goals for 2025 is to run 10k Marathon in manchester in may! This is a massive goal but Iām already on it! I just want to get fitter and carry on losing weight š„°
