Hi! I’m Shea. Wife, mom, yogini, medicinal chef, hiker and lover of all people and places! I’m from Wyoming where I live with my powerhouse husband and two sons. I’ve been on a healing journey for quite some time through deep yogic and Ayurvedic studies. I’m ready for the next experience! Sean (the powerhouse) and I are celebrating 20 years married on NYE and headed to hike Zion then hang with all of you.
