My why is simple: I love watching women realize they're more capable than they think they are. I love watching them stop hiding, stop second-guessing themselves, and start believing that the ideas and passions on their hearts matter. That's actually why I've built everything I have—from my community to my programs. Not because I want people to build a business. Because I want people to believe they can. I think there are a lot of talented, caring, capable women sitting on ideas that could genuinely help others, but they're waiting until they feel qualified enough, confident enough, or ready enough.
