I decided to always look on politics in sort of a tangential way, in that I can justify speaking only about my own situation, and whatever arises from that, rather than deliberately trying to get involved in some formal political party operation.

Yeah I think I would like to put that kind of thing into a meditation, but I also get occasional hypnotherapy.It’s just that the hypnotherapist never really goes deep enough for the thing to not be sort of mind hacked by my regular antagonists.

Whatever precipitated what I’m going through, it seems that I have but one way through to try and do a course like this, because it just built and built without me even particularly trying, and now I’m really hard-pressed to develop some kind of shielding, that is, without having to give up my social life. My opponents are extremely good subconscious engineers, And depending on the day and the place, they can make it sound like their story is completely unique, when it has been in fact fabricated to elicit a subconscious shaming response in me That I don’t often realize until much later.
SLOW DOWN
Today, ask yourself to slow down just enough to hear your own inner weather. Not the story you tell others. Not the face you put on for work. The real thing is moving underneath. Some of you woke up heavy. Some woke up hopeful. Some woke up numb and are only now realizing it. All of it is valid. All of it is information. When you pause long enough to notice what you’re carrying, you give your nervous system a chance to settle. You give your intuition room to speak. You give your spirit permission to breathe. Take a moment today to check in with yourself gently: What emotion is sitting closest to the surface? What does your body need right now—rest, water, silence, movement, or reassurance? Perhaps this is where I should do my check in every day instead of going right to Facebook. Besides, the person who I usually corresponds with the most on Facebook is sick with pneumonia, and that may not have been a mistake as far as a message from spirit.
