One thing I've been noticing from our recent discussion in Skool Nexus is that community owners can have very different challenges. Some are working on attracting the right members. Others want more engagement, better structure or a clearer path towards monetisation. And sometimes, the biggest challenge is knowing what to focus on first. Because when you're busy running a community, it's easy to work on lots of things without being sure which ones will make the biggest difference. That's why I believe it's important to step back occasionally and look at the bigger picture.
