This one is terrifying… I’m sorryā€¦šŸ˜… Would you rather be locked In a room with nothing in it apart from 1.000.000 spiders… In the pitch black?! šŸŒ™ OR With the lights on?! šŸ’”

Here’s the real power of celebrating wins in your community šŸ‘‡
Celebrating wins isn’t just ā€œbeing nice.ā€It’s a growth strategy. When you highlight progress, you: - šŸ”„ Boost confidence! People start believing they can actually win - šŸ” Create momentum! One win sparks the next - šŸ¤ Build loyalty! Members feel seen, not just counted - šŸš€ Increase results! Effort goes up when recognition does too The funny thing? Most communities wait for huge milestones to celebrate…But it’s the small wins that keep people showing up long enough to get the big ones. That’s a big part of what we do inside The Prosperity Network, turning everyday progress into fuel for bigger results. So here’s the question… Do you actively celebrate wins in your community, or are they slipping by unnoticed?

Let’s build what’s already working šŸš€
If you could strengthen just ONE thing in your community right now, what would create the biggest boost? More traffic? Clearer structure? Or even more consistency and momentum? Here’s the good news… These aren’t problems, they’re growth levers. And when you pull the right one, everything else starts to rise with it. That’s exactly why I built The Prosperity Network. To give community owners proven systems, real support, and a clear path to scale without guessing or burning out. Curious… which lever are you ready to pull next? šŸ‘‡

Be honest… what’s driving you crazy?
Running a community looks great from the outside… But behind the scenes? It can feel messy, frustrating, and way harder than it should be. So let’s keep it real... What’s the one thing about running your community that’s driving you a little crazy right now? Is it: – Low engagement – Slow growth – Members not sticking – Monetisation feeling awkward – Or just trying to do everything yourself? Drop it in the comments šŸ‘‡ And if you’re ready to stop guessing and actually hit the ground running… Inside The Prosperity Network you get access to a free course that shows you exactly how to build momentum fast, with proven systems for growth, engagement, and income. No fluff. No overwhelm. Just a smarter way to run your community from day one.

@Grant Hepworth I find that people engage when the post suits them. I have people that only ever engage on a welcome post for someone else. I don't worry about the individual anymore, unless I lose someone for the wrong reason.
