I figured I’ve slacked off enough on the standard welcome posts, so @Erica Goodwin gets a film instead. 😂 Erika works in nervous system education, therapeutic Yin Yoga, body awareness, and somatic practices, which feels pretty damn aligned with what we talk about around here. We spend a lot of time looking at what’s underneath the words, the reactions, the patterns, and the ways we move through everyday life. So Erika, welcome. Glad you found your way here. Well, this is a damn good addition to Swearabulary. Please welcome @Colin Corr to the community. Colin brings 26 years of IT infrastructure and automation experience, mixed with a creative side that apparently refused to stay buried under all that adulting.
