I'm really feeling a little overwhelmed right now 😬
I'm totally overwhelmed right now and feel like I'm not making any progress. We have to redesign our website because we thought targeting a niche would be a smart move to start with… Should that be the first priority? At what point should I bring a medical director on board? Does anyone have experience with medicaldirector.co?? And should we post the job openings for the RN and MD at the same time? I’m grateful for any help 🙌 I’m also going to work through all the classes here

@Joseph Lopez Since I thought I should start in a small niche, I had the website built that way. But now that we're starting over thanks to your tips, we have to start all over again. But I hope we'll be done with it by the end of next week…

Unfortunately, not a single dollar yet, since our structure and processes aren't in place yet and we still have a lot of work to do before we can go live in any way. 😬 But the goal is to have everything optimized by July so we can really get started in August. Btw - Your numbers are really inspiring. I want to get there too 🔥🚀

Hey everyone! 👋 Excited to join the community and learn from you all. Here's a bit about me: I'm Chris, originally from Germany. My wife and I were stationed in Virginia a few years ago with the German Air Force — fell in love with the US and want to come back. I'm already self-employed in Germany, but my goal has always been to build a real business in the US — the opportunities and the mindset here are just on another level. We're targeting the Tampa Bay area in Florida. Company: NÉVUE — LLC is set up, website in progress, currently working on Medical Direction to launch... I'm honestly in a very early stage. Limited capital, big ambitions. Building this remotely from Germany right now — the goal is to grow the business, build a substantial investment, and qualify for an E-2 investor visa so we can relocate to Tampa with our family. Starting lean and growing from there. Why IV: I see massive potential in this space and genuinely identify with it. This is something I want to build long-term. What I'm here for: Learning how to build strong operations, find reliable RNs, and scale the right way. Happy to connect with anyone on a similar path. Looking forward to the journey with you all!😄
