I had so many leafy greens on the counters the other day while prepping for my green juice that my husband joked, “When the rabbits start sitting on the windowsill staring into the house, we have a problem.” 😂

I think so too. I used fresh garlic but it wasn’t enough for my taste, so I added a little garlic salt afterward. 🙂

@Alma Hujic hmm…perhaps adding smoked paprika or Dijon mustard if that’s allowed? Have you tried the Spicy Cilantro Avocado Dressing?
Your Green Juicing Process
Hey juice lovers! I need all the tips and tricks to make green juicing faster and easier. I love my morning green juice, but honestly, the whole process is taking forever—it’s literally an all-day event! I’m batch juicing for the second time, but now I’m wondering… would it actually be less work to just juice daily? Also, I’ve noticed in juicing videos, they don’t really show the prep. Sometimes they’re even chopping veggies with produce ties still on! Does that mean most people don’t thoroughly wash their organic produce? Washing is what slows me down the most. I triple wash everything in filtered water using multiple basins —first a rinse to get rid of dirt and sand, then a soak in veggie wash, and finally a clean rinse. Plus, I have to do it in stages because my filtered water tank runs out fast. So, what’s your approach? Do you wash your greens this thoroughly? Any time-saving hacks? I’d love to hear how you make juicing more efficient! Spill your juicing secrets—I’m all ears!

@Tatsiana Nestserava, thank you. I’ll consider this. It would be a mind-shift because I worry about bacteria and other contaminants picked up from transportation and handling. And the dandelion leaves were not in the best shape. Slimy rotten leaves found throughout the bunch. I had to sort through it. I wanted to just toss them, but they were costly -four bunches.

Thank you, Kristal! After reading the other comments, I said to my family, “Well, I suppose this is why we pray over our food before we eat: ‘God bless the hands that prepared it, and may it be a nourishment to our bodies.’” This is a good reminder to me. And now that you mentioned this, I can also be praying and speaking life over it while I’m prepping. 😉 So, I also have the Nama and was curious about the GreenStar. Thanks to your comparison, I no longer think I need to get one! 😁

@Tatsiana Nestserava, would ripening these in paper bag with a banana be sufficient?
food dehydrator
Hey everyone. I'm considering buying a food dehydrator (when I save enough money). I'm curious what everyone uses, costs, ease of use, pros and cons, etc. I would like to start making the raw burgers and bread I have seen our wonderful teacher/guide, Tatsiana, make on Instagram. Thanks everyone!!
