Hey guys, I'm originally from a cornfield in Ohio and moved down to North Carolina on a pole vault scholarship to college with the main goal of getting into NASCAR. I had a short year doing that and realized it wasn't what I wanted. I had a short term stint at a startup company while doing a live in renovation, pulled the money out when complete, and then quit the job to figure out real estate. I've bought 10 houses in the last year and a half and mainly focus on flipping, wholesaling, and creative finance. Once I get more stabilized I want to start buying businesses or larger opportunities. Me and my wife's goal is to live in Hawaii by the time we're 30 so doing everything remote is one of our goals.
