I’ve chosen my path
I chose to go the consulting path. My day to day job is to supervise and it takes a lot of communication and feel this is a fit. I am excited to learn and get everything rolling!!

Hey Justin - Strategic choice! Have you figured out which area of AI consulting you’d like to get into?
I've Chosen My Path!
Although I sometimes need to understand how things work and enjoy building things, I'm a consultant at heart. I'm delighted that I may be able to team up with some of you who are experts at building the tools I'll need. I love helping businesses identify issues and find solutions to succeed and scale! What I am most excited about is that AAAHub teaches strategy, provides resources, templates, and tools, and offers a community for the support I'll need. This is very valuable. I hope I can also provide support to the community! I look forward to the potential partnerships we'll build.

@Beverly Powers as a fellow consultant - can totally relate!

@Beverly Powers I chose Path A as well – the consultant track. I’m most interested in helping teams bring structure and clarity before they scale AI use. Feels like the right foundation.
I'm All In
Hey everyone, I’m Chris. I’m based in the U.S. and come from an operator background building and running systems rather than pure development. I’ve started businesses before and spent the last few years deep in process, governance, and how work actually scales in real environments. My current focus is helping small teams that are already using AI but don’t fully trust the outputs yet. I’m building a governance-first AI audit and advisory service that helps teams understand where AI is safe, where it isn’t, and how to use it reliably inside real workflows. My goal here is to land my first few aligned clients quickly, validate the audit model, and refine the offer through real use cases rather than theory. The “why” for me is pretty simple: I’ve seen how much damage comes from unclear systems and ungoverned tools. AI is powerful, but without constraints it creates risk. I’m here to help teams get the upside without the downside. Looking forward to learning from the group and contributing where I can.

@Liam Harrington hi Liam, likewise! How’s your AI journey going?

@Mohamed Hassan Thank you. It’s nice to see alignment on where the real friction actually shows up.
I'm All In
What's up everyone. My name is Jordan. I'm from Tampa, Florida, United States and currently working in the defense world as a contractor overseas. I work 60 days (ish) and then I'm off for 60 days (ish). I've lived and worked in over 18 countries over the last 8 years and have seen the possibilities the world can offer. My goal for taking this course is to free myself of the corporate life and build a life where I am free to be wherever I want, when I want while making enough money to never have to worry about looking at my bank account or answer to anyone else. AI is taking the world by storm and I want to take advantage. Within the next 30 days, I will have my first paying client from my skills in AI. Looking forward to growing with you all and being free! 🤙

Hey Jordan - I’m also developing ai solutions to help me escape from corporate life, specifically ai governance and audit cycles for SMB. I resonate with your statement that you WILL have your first paying client in 30 days (not “might”). I’ll be adopting that mindset. Best of luck on your journey!
AI doesn’t save time. Systems do.
Quick lesson I’m learning while diving deeper into AI: AI by itself doesn’t save you time. Clear systems do. When a task has no structure, AI just creates faster chaos. When a process is clear, AI becomes leverage. This is why agencies with documented workflows will win with AI faster than those just “testing tools.” I’m focusing less on tools and more on system-thinking first. Question for agency owners & founders: Which part of your business needs a system before it needs AI?

Completely agree. In practice, the failure point I see most often is decision ownership - teams apply AI before they’ve defined who owns outputs, what “good” looks like, or when AI is allowed to influence real decisions. Systems create structure. Governance decides where AI is trusted inside that structure.
