Curative title Pensacola???
Would this work as a curative title opportunity? Property is in Pensacola, scheduled for auction very soon. Owe $200k on the property, owner wants to walk with 25k, there is an $85k lien from the city for failure to cut down trees ( I'm assuming this can be negotiated way down.) Property is in a very nice neighborhood with 1 Mil dollar homes. Comps sitting around $420k for Arv its a 3/2 needs about $65k in work.
