Hell yeah!
Love seeing the Lads put in massive shifts and actually see their performance improve! Sometimes it’s not the effort you’re putting in but it’s what you’re putting your effort into.

Making the most of your offseason.
No matter where you are in your sport, it's important to lay a foundation to build off of for next season. Throughout my time playing and coaching, the easiest way I've found to make significant improvement is to make our weaknesses our primary focus. Too often, we're on the court "grinding," but really, we're just stroking our egos—making 8/10 shots from a spot we're comfortable with. (You've been playing for 10 years; of course you can do that.) But then we feel cheated by coaching staff when they put us exactly where we are useful: in the corner, shooting shots from that one spot. If you want to play basketball the way you envision it, you have to drop the ego and do the stuff you're shit at. HERE’S YOUR HOMEWORK: Look at your last season. Write down two columns: Strengths and Weaknesses. Now, number them from your biggest strength to your smallest, and your biggest weakness to your smallest. There you go. You've now found your potential (e.g., "great shooter") and your ceiling (e.g., "can't dribble"). For every workout you do on your strengths, you need to do four times that work on your weaknesses. Happy hunting. Get after it. YOUR MOVE: Post your #1 Strength and #1 Weakness in the comments below. Let's see who's really ready to work..
