This weekās challenge is a weird one š You have to do 1 different mobility stretch or position every day⦠But you are NOT allowed to do it on the ground. That means: ⢠no floor pancake ⢠no floor pike ⢠no sitting stretches on the ground ⢠no lying down and pretending that counts š You have to find a way to do your mobility somewhere else. Examples: ⢠on a couch ⢠on stairs ⢠on a chair ⢠on a bench ⢠at a desk ⢠on a counter ⢠hanging from something ⢠anywhere random and creative ā
