šŸŒ‹ Floor Is Lava Mobility Week
This week’s challenge is a weird one šŸ˜† You have to do 1 different mobility stretch or position every day… But you are NOT allowed to do it on the ground. That means: • no floor pancake • no floor pike • no sitting stretches on the ground • no lying down and pretending that counts šŸ‘€ You have to find a way to do your mobility somewhere else. Examples: • on a couch • on stairs • on a chair • on a bench • at a desk • on a counter • hanging from something • anywhere random and creative āœ… The rules • Do 1 mobility stretch or position every day • It has to be a different one each day • You are not allowed to do it on the ground • Post it in the comments if you want extra points for creativity šŸ˜„ šŸŽÆ The goal The goal is to: • make mobility more fun • get you trying new positions • stop overthinking it • show that movement can happen anywhere šŸ† Bonus points Most random spot wins. So if you end up doing a hamstring stretch somewhere ridiculous, I want to see it šŸ˜‚ šŸ‘‡ Comment below if you’re in, and tell me what stretch or position you think you’ll try first.

Day 2. Here I'm doing an upside down deadlift on the rings. I am trying to get my upper body parallel to the floor in the bottom position

I'm trying to get a float on these pike push ups, I think I need to stabalise the bent arm position at the bottom of the pike for better control maybe.

@Shuk S Yes, I'm still in the mindset of doing 3 x 6 sets, my form could maybe improve if I take my time a little more.

@Brandon Beauchesne-Hebert Thanks, I'll give it a try for my next progression, if I get what you mean I'm going to drill some handstand push ups to make sure the shoulder strength and stability is there, as a supportive exercise.
