Day 4: Endure + Extend Challenge:
📆 “Design Your Recharge Ritual” Pick one small thing you’ll do each week to reset and reflect. It could be journaling every Friday, a morning playlist, a “no work after 7pm” boundary; whatever protects your energy. Describe your ritual and how it’ll help you last the entire year without burning out.

My ritual has always been to not work past 5pm, and only answering parent emails if and ONLY IF they were emergencies. I plan on doing the same this year. I also plan on adding time in my swim spa (it's part pool, part hot tub). I turn one of the pool jets on low, lay on a float and just let the water move me as it wants. Adding relaxing music to the mix helps too. I started doing this during summer break, and it really helped me stay grounded.

@Bec Aish That's a great goal. I started doing that this past school year, on Thursdays (I host a weekly trivia show on that day). I was able to get all my grading done as well as my weekly newsletter. Not having to take work home on the weekend was a definite game changer! :-)
