Subject: 🔄 We are shifting gears: Welcome to The Intensity Circle
Hey everyone, I’ve been quiet on here for a minute while navigating a new corporate sales leadership role, focusing on my family, and doing some deep reflecting on my own growth and faith. During this time, it became incredibly clear to me that the next generation of professionals doesn't need more generic "hustle culture" fluff. You need battle-tested, real-world wisdom. Because of that, Sales and Leaders is officially evolving into The Intensity Circle. ⚡ What is The Intensity Circle? This is a high-standard, zero-ego space built specifically for young professionals, sales reps, and emerging leaders who want to build massive success without losing their anchor. We are focusing strictly on four core pillars: 1. Elite Sales Mastery (Closing major deals and handling brutal objections) 2. Authentic Leadership (Commanding rooms and managing high-performing teams) 3. Unshakeable Resilience (Turning setbacks into fuel using The Intensity Method) 4. Character & Faith (Building a career on a foundation that actually lasts) 📈 What to expect going forward: - Bite-Sized Wisdom: I’ll be dropping short, hard-hitting strategies and video lessons straight from the field into the Classroom tab. - More Connection: A clean, focused community feed where we talk about real career hurdles, tactics, and mindset shifts. - Live Mentorship: Stay tuned for upcoming live Q&A sessions where you can bring your pipeline, your pitches, or your leadership challenges directly to me. 🤝 My ask of you: I’ve spent over 30 years managing millions in sales, building a family, and navigating the brutal ups and downs of business. I've earned the scars it takes to win. I am here to give you that playbook. All I ask is that you bring authenticity, a great attitude, and a willingness to do the hard work. Drop a comment below with your current role and the #1 bottleneck holding you back in your career right now. Let’s get to work.

Focus on the impact. The outcome (10k per mo) will follow. Here is what I have learned about online marketing and sales. The focus is on the dollars. Having goals is great. I also have goals. But, impact is where you should start. I saw an awesome video today on a young man cleaning garbage cans for $10 USD. His sales pitch was unforced and compassionate. My opinion is most people online are focused on the wrong thing. Find a way to change peoples lives for the better, and the money will follow. Help fix a problem. I truly believe you are on this path. Be a great human, and the dollars will be there. Crush it @Christopher Bauer !

The Community Continues to Evolve
A quick update for everyone. Back in September, I took a new job as a Sales Manager for an awesome company and inherited a very talented sales team. A total of 10 experienced salespeople and three business development professionals. The journey has been nothing short of incredible. Fast forward until today. 3 of my experienced salespeople will be retiring this year. One of my business development team has accepted a job in sales leadership in another part of the company. I will be replacing over 100 years of sales experience this year. This is going to be a tall task. So you may ask how does this affect our community? Simple answer. I am focusing on B2B sales development everyday. So why wouldn't I do the same for our community? I understand not everyone in the community has a B2B sales position. What I will attempt to provide is very helpful everyday sales tips and tricks that will work for B2B, B2C, and online selling. Much of the content will be applicable to everyday circumstances, like how to build relationships, ask for orders, and negotiate with confidence. I started the community building on value-driven leadership, which I still love and adore. As the community evolves, I will continue to develop content on sales leadership and leadership. Values are a must have for me, so that won't go too far away. In creating the courses, I have found my Google membership to be extremely valuable. I'm using Google Gemini often, along with Slides, Forms, Docs, Sheets, Vids, and other Google apps. AI has been extremely helpful. But, I use my intellectual property. AI may be the car, but my IP is the engine. Thank you @Andre Uribe , @Tommy Gan , @Vic Rosenbalm , @Christopher Bauer for being my Skool "Mentors". I follow all of you and check in daily. I may not always engage, but I make sure I read your posts and content. Please let me know if I can be of service to anyone in the community.
Leadership Presentation and Speaking
Hello My Friends, Tonight, I had the honor and privilege to present "The Resilient Code" presentation to a group of 65 IT leader professionals at a global manufacturer. It was nothing short of amazing. The presentation was a combination of both of my books on leadership. I customized the presentation as best I could to address the attendees. I start all of my presentations with the statement "these are my stories, but they are not for me. I hope you find value and inspiration in the stories for you". Result. I signed at least 50 of each of my books. The overwhelming feedback was positive. Where is my head. Not everyone of the 65 found the presentation inspiring enough to stand in line and accept free signed books. I still have work to do. I'm not beating myself up over the numbers. It's my goal to continue to refine the stories I share so that they have impact on others. Will I ever get 100%? That's a lofty goal. And I like it. A few key takeaways from the presentation. I didn't record it. I didn't want to. That presentation was for this team. It wasn't about me or my brand. It was for them. That felt right. I thrive in in-person situations. Online is convenient, but not my specialty. You might say "so how does anyone get to see you?" and you would be right. Here is the deal. I would much rather let what I have to offer develop organically than through forced social media. Delayed gratification. Not an exciting concept in today's digital world. But that is where I land. And after tonight, I know that's where it belongs, The feedback I received was that it was refreshing to hear the stories of a regular, common person that dealt with and overcame tough choices. Not all the happy horseshit wins. Real, everyday challenges and struggles that we all deal with. No call to action other than this. If any of these posts feel impactful, share. If not, you are good. The Coach Chris community is about growing. It will grow over time. Step by step. Pics to follow :)
