Week of team building
Just arrived in PA. 2 lunches, a dinner and 4 coffees. What are you up to this week?

Working my 50hr/wk W2 job, while finishing my work on my unit for my duplex to get it's first (under my management) and new tenant in two weeks. Nothing like painting and carpet cleaning while being on conference calls...gotta love bluetooth handsfree tech!

Successful team building trip
4 coffees 1 happy hour 2 lunches 1 dinner + after dinner drinks 1 property viewing + 1 pending Saturday 1 exploratory call with listing agent 3 properties underwritten …all packed into Tuesday and Wednesday. Needless to say I’m exhausted. But it was fruitful and very rewarding. Momentum building strong and I’m loving this! Have a good rest of your week everyone!

Thursday's session was great! That was an excellent breakdown of the deal and appreciate all of your hard work in doing the analysis in Excel for us and using a 'real' deal!!
